We suggest bringing your prescription bottles with you to your appointment. It is the patient's responsibility to double check your refills before your appointment. If you need a refill in between appointments effective March 1, 2003, there will be a $10 fee per prescription for us to call them into the pharmacy. NOTE: If Eastpointe Internist's makes a change to your medication list, this fee does not apply.
